Who are you planning to have this duck call for you? I have some sheets of 2" and 1.5"Westinghouse Micarta ,some is the AGM color they talk about on here. And some that is the same color as the RNT micarta calls you might have seen. I think I have about 20 or 25 30x36 sheets of each size. Post back about who you plan to build a call for you. oldguy

PS. Mr Bishop, the micarta I have is not for sale. But I may be able to help you source some through a couple of well know call makers who are very good friends of mine. oldguy

You need to find you a Norplex micarta dealer. After Westinghouse quit the micarta business everything wound up with Norplex. They have several different colors including the yellow creme color the RNT micarta calls were made out of. Oldguy

Ive already got a Westinghouse RNT call. Looking for blanks now, doesnt have to be the ivory paper based stuff they used. Old brown, ant linen ivory, or ant gold, maroon would be ok also. Like I said dont need much. The Norplex is crap for turning calls. Guys wont even mess with it.

OK, Well I have had two call makers turn calls out of the Norplex and my Westinghouse. They did not have a problem with either. They were not sure if the Norplex would work but they said it turned the same. You can not tell the difference between my four original RNT calls and the ones made out of my Norplex and my Westinghouse. You may have used the wrong grade. Best of luck in your search.

FYI,
When I posted a reply to the first post it was not intended to sell anything.
In reply to the PM that was sent to me about purchasing one of the duck calls and any others that may be on the way: The Micarta nor the Duck Calls made of micarta are NOT for sale at ANY PRICE.
Thank you. oldguy

Old guy,

Would you be willing to provide me, in a pm, the name of the call maker who made the calls or the grade of norplex you used to have the calls made?

Old Guy , that's kind of misleading, sorry. Westinghouse sold Micarta division to Intl. Paper in 1995 and they used all the same presses & Recipes identical (Cept for new Regulations - Environment wise) Norplex aquired it from I - P in 2004. All of the A-Gold & Ivorite after 95 is Intl. Paper and Alot of Randalls are sold (And other Sport. items) as Westinghouse , when in Fact the Micarta is I-P for 9 Years Solid. Here is a Label from Intl. Paper Micarta. I mean no harm , though ~ Ken (oh, 'N'ew company doesn't care to do Anything like Westinghouse or I-P did)
