Here is a knife I got in the recent Amoskeag auction. The inscription on the blade is "Bearcamp Special #5". I looked briefly through my knife reference books, but didn't see any thing about this model. Any information would be appreciated.

Bob - Thanks for this link. That's the information I was hoping for. By the way, I don't see this under Miles' current listings. Is this link to a archive on his site? I check Miles' web site pretty much every day and I haven't see this before.

Ron - Thanks for this information. I have a CD with RKS newsletters 1-44 on it (and catalogs from the start to 1998) and was able to find it there, too.
