Here's an auction with clear side-by-side photos of a Heiser stamped sheath and Randall stamped sheath. A lot of similarities ("tooled" edge, stitching, even the "tooled" edge on the hone pocket flap is identical), but there are also differences specifically with the Heiser having a flared throat.
