The tenite has shrunk (which is why Randall stopped using it) Johnson riveted sheath with large throat rivets. Possibly a split back? Can't see to tell. Yellow script stone dates 66-69 era. The example shown here is slightly older than the one that you have in your pics. Extremely rare and valuable knife!
