Y bought an Ivory Hippo tooth in the states by mail, the straight ones of the lower jaw, their ivory is stronger than the elephant one but is very nice to work with. I made the new handle for my 28 and I think it looks fantastic. the good thing is there is spare material to another handle, will work in a matching pair jeje. I hope you like it....

Very creative transformation of a full exposed tang to a hidden tang. Really like the results and the workmanship is top shelf. I tried to resize to make it easier to view.
Yes Rod, I have. You will find the pictures attached and for the 28 I used the back piece, I am planing to use the tip or for a 5-5 or a CC. Best regards, Rolf. P.D. there is a company in internet where you can buy in the States Hippo or warthog Ivory, the warthog is also very good to work, I already made one 10-3 and a triathlete, and they looks also great.
