Members,
As some of you know (& a good many do not), my soul-mate, Elizabeth, has been battling a bad-ass infectious disease for the past 3 months. Stemming from a series of dental procedures and a nasty oral surgery, this infection has kicked her butt at every turn.
Today we are going to the hospital where she will have a port installed. Immediately afterwards, we will begin a series on aggressive IV's, twice a day, continuously, for "8 WEEKS"!! Please keep this gal in your hearts and prayers as this battle continuous.
For "all-of-the-above" reasons, I'll have limited presence on our forum. I hope you'll understand but I have some good "help" that will keep the ship righted in the interim!

I just got a update from Cap.Liz is in the operating room.
A stint/port is being placed from under her arm into her chest.
IV's start now and will have to be done every day including weekends.
Keep them both in our prayers!!
