I'll go for 2403, but I'm trying for 14th place, and I'll pay the extra shipping to Oz Thanks Kevin & Chief, for the competition, the beans look good I'll have to give them a try, when I come to the US.
Chief's Great Red bean Mystery has been solved. The total amount of Red Beans in the jar was... 2414. Graham Rogers guessed the closest amount and Dick Roberts wins for 14th place. Graham gets first pick and if you both would please PM me your addresses I will send you your prizes. Thanks to all that played and Graham when you come to the USA I know Chief knows a great place for red beans and rice!!!! Special thanks to Chief for donating the prizes and having such a great contest. Kevin

The Red Beans in that jar look like the genus/species Halitosis hemophiliosis. Down here in Polk County, our Red Beans are Malecamaleca Leucalucadendron.
Dubie, If memory serves me correctly, the Malecamaleca Leucalucadendron that you are used to are much smaller beans. So small that they don't take up much room, which is probably why you guessed "0"... I can see why you would mix them up like that. I feel for you, and personally I think the whole thing was a trick to throw you off. ~dale
P.S. Congrats! on winning guys. Those blocks will make some nice handles!
