desert.snake Knife Enthusiast Registered: 09/25/13 Posts: 1114 Loc: the other side of the earth	Henkels are good, I have a knife that won the 1904 exhibition (St Louis World's Fair Winner), it still works great, I got it on ebay for about $100 and removed the rust.
