I taught for a long time and once heard teaching described (aptly) as "The constant asking of questions you already know the answer to." So I try to ask what I call "honest" questions (i.e. I don't know the answer though I may have a bias).
In this instance my question, hopefully where your answer is based on experience, is which size of the Model 10 would you find most efficient for what I'd call general use. On the fishing boat (steelhead and lake trout sinceI live where that's a real option); around the kitchen (where I was raised to use knives) and around the house (where I avoid using them in terms of "work" as much as possible).

While a great question (and will generate good response) it is in the wrong forum. This should be asked in the main "Randall" forum. Perhaps you could start it again over in that foum and, once established, I'll remove it from here.
