As many posts have mentioned, there are indeed some very nice knives this week. I have a pic of a pair of "new & old" 5-5's to add. The older one has a JRB and a gray stone.

On your ironwood #5, is that all black spacers up front and aluminum/black at the the butt cap? I have never seen that. Nice!

Here's a #5-8" I love 8" blades.

I just received my ordered No. 5 from over 3 years ago; 5" SS blade, Maple single finger handle,NS hilt, compass, thong, top notches, and non sharp top of blade. It's a beautiful piece just in time for my late elk hunt. I use mine.
