Tony,

That’s a real classy looking knife. Love the color combination with the Ironwood & Brass. Personally I think the Crows Beak BC looks best with the FCH when used on a big knife. And of course the brass & black spacers complete the package.

I like finger grips on burl wood. It seems to "expose" more of the grain. Which makes sense, I guess, as there is more surface.
