Holidays I am feeding 25-35 people depending on the holiday; I opt for the electric knife, two at a time if they are hungry!

There is a picture of Dave's Narwhals in this thread from 2010. As usual, Peter Kaufman does a good job documenting his travels.

Looking at the pictures, I'd say there are a few safe queens....
