Nine options, Capt. Chris.

I have not read all the other "entries" but as far as I read the respondent who said "8" did not include the Notches.

Larry

P.S.: Looking back, that was a famous Randall Dealer--just goes to show that we can all overlook these details!

The question was: How many options, based on a Model #3, which is how my original design and billing was figured. Ya'll ain't even "close"!!
Also: Original Stanaback Specials were 4" blades, out of 1/4" stock, in "stainless only"!
Later on (about 89 or 90: 4 or 5 years into it) I requested some 4 5/8" blades, forged in carbon steel. They didn't sell well and we (GTR & I) agreed to forego anymore forgings..."BUT"...(I know. There's that word again)...good things became of my idea as I was able to convince the shop to let me carry "both" blade lengths (4" & 4 5/8") in stainless! That's still true to this day!
Now: How about somebody gettin' close on the option count?
Best, Capt. Chris

So I was correct, SS isn't an option. But, based on the model #3 the special blade forging and sheath would be?? So... 10 options???

So would the stainless! Model #3's come standard in carbon steel.

Nobody is counting the sheath/sharpener options. Sharpened top edge.

Capt,
I've got an order at the shop with an original ship date of 7/2/15. Which now has a new "estimated" ship date of 9/10/2015, and still no word from the shop. Any news from the shop on how far back the new "estimated" ship dates are?
Thanks
:-)Rocky

Rocky,
I just picked up (a little over a week ago) my June 25th order. You can call the shop as I have no idea exactly when customer's orders ship. I would guess yours is very cose to completion and shipping.
Hope this helps, Capt. Chris
PS: You have one coming from me around New Years!...CCS

Rocky,
I just got this, via text, from Scotty. He asked me to post this to the forum and to tell you that your knife will ship tomorrow!
Nice knife!
Capt. Chris
