Tom, I used my #27 mini, but very little, as the opener for letters. Better for a hiking went 11-3, he handle thicker,
this allows you to make more effort.
But the blade 27 I like smile
Toward the middle of the summer I will order himself another 27 mini, with copper handle #25 smile

That #1 looks like it has slab sides (flat area); is that the case? Does it have a sheath?

That Mini #1 looks legit, from what I can see in a photo,...'BUT'...( I know: That "word" again)...it is not real "early". The blade stamp is "Fl". That stamp wasn't around until the mid 1980's...
