Nickel Silver double hilt option

Do they update the lanyard hole "liner" tubing to match the hilt or do they run with brass regardless?

(edit to add) Is this (lanyard hole "liner" tubing) an available "call" option?

A nickel-silver hilt has a color-matched wrist thong hole liner.

A Combat Companion (my favorite military model), sawteeth, nickel-silver hilt, black micarta grip, border patrol handle, wrist thong hole.

I used to know this but have been out of it for so long that I can't remember and can't find it with the search. If you order a 25-style handle (N25?) on a 12-9/14, does that automatically make it a single hilt knife or does it retain the double-lug hilt and you have to separately specify the single hilt? Thanks.

Lugged hilt with a B25 handle...if you want N25 you must specify this.

Nickel silver lugged hilts are not an order option. The #12-9", with #14 grind, featuring an "N-25" handle (which is: nickel silver hilt, aluminum & black spacers, duralumin butt cap, leather/stag/leather handle material) will come with a nickel silver double hilt which is "forward curved" usually. Any other hilt shaping should be specified with your order. For instance:
* NS1 (Nickel silver single hilt
* SQH (If you want the single hilt "squared on top")
* NS2-#1 (If you want a Model #1 style double hilt
