I actually have this rehandle Model 10-5 in my hand today, and it's difficult to explain how well it fits, unreal. Not only is the stag over the top, but the comfort feeling is super. BMK also cut the top of the hilt to make the thumb notches usable. If you have an old Model 10, you might consider a new handle from BMK.

That is truly a superb looking re-handle.

What looks better on a knife handle than a great piece of stag? And the James Gang certainly seem to get some awesome pieces.

I liked the 7.5" kit Blade re-handle so much I matched it up with a 5.5" Kit blade. I love the pairing.
