Catalog says no finger grips on a Model 2.

I have a Model 2 with stag and finger grips but it was probably ordered in 2004.

Can I get finger grips on a model 2 (wood handle)?

If I order a knife say a model 3 and add a micarta handle.Will it come with the standard red, white and blue spacers by default or do I need to request them?

"ALL" cdt Randall knives come with red, white & blue spacers. The "request" would have to occur if you wanted something "else".
