Being cut by hand can mean you can receive several different variations but you won't have any better (or worse) luck requesting any particular size.

I see the #6 "steak knife" as an option in the Randall catalog. However, if ordering directly from the Randall Website, I see no reference to this particular knife. A few questions: How much does the #6 "steak knife" cost? Does it include a sheath (if not, can you order one)? What's the difference between ordering a 4.5" #7 with #6 grind and just ordering the #6 "steak knife"? I'm assuming the 5-limit options available for the #6 "steak knife"?

#6 Steak knife comes with a reduced hilt and a felt pouch. It is the same basic knife as a #7-4 1/2" with #6 grind. Here's just "some" of the differences:
A) Stainless is standard
B) #6 blade grind is standard
C) Stag handle is standard
D) Nickel silver reduced hilt is standard
E) Single felt pouch is standard
