All the parts for a Nr. 14 gathered together.

A 7 1/2" ATS 34 blade with TIG welded stainless M6 thread, stainless guard and pommel, black linen Micarta handle material and aluminum and black fiber spacers. And a 3/8" brass rod to hard silver braze onto the pommel.

As you can see, the blade radiuses into the tang. Important if you want to avoid stress risers during heat treat.

Guard silver soldered to the blade. Solder joint still needs to be cleaned up.

Been doin' some glueing, filing and sanding the last couple of weeks. This is how far I came up till now. Still a way to go.

The entire knife sanded to 1200 grit, just prior to glass bead blasting.
