Scott: Maybe you have to specify on a #4-5" a diagonal keeper strap. I have not checked one out in the past few months. Here's a couple of mine... Best, Capt. The reason for this is the fact that it does not include the option of a hone pocket. Hope all of this isn't confusing everyone. I just figured some "visuals" might help. Best, Capt. I was checking out all of the Combat Companions in the Knife of the Week thread, and I noticed that all of the hone pocketed sheaths had the diagonal keeper strap as well... I don't think I have ever heard this asked before...I want to order a #3-5" and I don't like the look of a straight handle on a short blade #3, is it possible to order a blade with the tang that is dropped slightly ? I'm not using stag, is there maybe a handle style that the shop offers that would give me a 'dropped' look, would a teardrop shape work ?
