I'll just go ahead and take the remaining unoccupied numbers.

How about, since Veterans Day is next week the 20 of us that have voted get a chance to buy a second Number to choose for like $10. We can give that money to Captain Chris to donate to the Veterans society he had us donate to last year in the Raffle for the re handled Marbles knife.

There are 30 open slots, so if we each get 1 extra pick at $10 then we get better odds and a VERY worthy cause would get a little extra money to help out...

Just a suggestion, but 1 extra # each seems the fairest way to do it so all have an equal chance. It would be up to Grant to green light this option as it's HIS build and Capt. to agree to handle the extra funds.

I say....if there is no hit the first time around....then we "shorten" the field, to the exact number of entrants, and do it again...I'll be glad to take a random number.....it's random anyway...

I appreciate all the interest in augmenting this build..."BUT"...(You "know" there was a "but" coming)...this is The James' Gang 1st shot at this. I think we can certainly do something like ya'll are suggesting but this may not be the best time or the appropriate place. RKCC & RKCA has their own forum and we can raise funds over there also.
