Fellas,

I spoke with James about this project and he too was excited from the go. We're going to have some fun with this one no matter what y'all come up with. He mentioned special stamping as well, so something to keep in mind would be how to personalize this one.

I'm going to be checking in at least daily to moderate as ideas come together, but I'll enjoy sitting back and letting you gents dial it in. Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll bring clarity where I can.

Make it good!

-GC

Thanks Grant; we're off to a good start. Appreciate the input and the special stamp is a way cool idea.

this is going to be harder than we think....how many options....jezz...there needs to be some type of limit...BMK, of course, will do just about anything we can come up with....there is no spacer limit, there is no handle limit, there is no hilt limit, there is no blade limit....there is no limit.....I guess the blade is obviously the first place to start, of course there is no limit.....
I'm in for a Mission/Fighter/Recurve Camp knife....too many choices!!!

Grant,
Good talking with you today. As we discussed, between all of us, we'll navigate this build. I like Steve's photo of that bad-ass Alaskan!! Man-o-man...That one doesn't suck!!
Everyone: As many options and choices as we have, I would also remind you that: Giving "The James Gang" some artistic license has "ALWAYS" worked best for me! I cannot wait to see what develops.
Best, Capt. Chris

Oh Capt!!!
Without a doubt!!!
actually....we could just let James make the build, and it would be terrific!!
but....that would take the fun out of things!!!
They do however, get a little squeamish when the handle material gets "too big"

Rocky,
I'm smiling. Every time I gave James a big piece of handle material, I got a bigger knife. grin
