The 14 style hilt on the #1 looks pretty darn sweet. Never been a fan of lugged hilts.

That's a good scrimshaw away from being a sacrificial dagger.

I know that square cut handle material has certain dimensional requirements that have to be met to be accepted.
How does it work for round stock material ??

Round material needs a diameter of the largest rectangular size for the same size knife. For example: A RMK Model #1-7" requires rectangular stock measuring: 1 1/8"x 1 1/4"x 4 3/4". Round stock needs to be: 1 1/4" (diameter) X 4 3/4" long.

If I recall correctly, at one time, when you ordered from the shop, you could order a 2nd sheath. For example, you could order the knife with a standard sheath and pay extra to get a waxed sheath. Is this still possible?

Also, I seem to remember being able to order a non-leather sheath for the model 16. I assume that this is non longer available since it isn't listed in the catalog. But then again, neither is red/blue micarta and we saw how I messed that up.
