It looks like FWI (Fossil Walrus Ivory) to me. The blue stuff is often found in Siberia...or near that region. Beautiful stuff on this thread, I agree! (That's what I was hoping for when I started this thread!

Just starting to make the "list" for the Tulsa show. This will be making the trip. First (and only) RMK "Fireman" made using NASA G-3 insulator material.

It will be used...but not as a spacers. The material will be cut..lengthwise to facilitate the protruding piece. Don't worry. The Ol' Captain wastes nothing! The Randall shop will not substitute spacers on #27's...

Saw a similar knife that the FWI was all blue, except where the single finger grip was at Blade!
