This was an Ebay purchase back in 08. I think the seller was out of Oklahoma or Midwest anyway. I probably posted this quite a few years ago on this forum but I wasn't going to spend time looking for it. In Sheldon's book there is one almost identical and from a similar time period. The handle is shop supplied Rosewood.
