anybody have a shot of a 6' blade with a sub hilt....it seems a bit much to me....even thought I wanted one(sub hilt that is), I think that a 6' blade is too small....

Rocky,

I edited my post from earlier today. What you said makes perfect sense. I explain why in my post. Thanks.

NO sub hilt. I have no intentions of sticking a knife into anything that would require a sub hilt to remove it, and it severely limits the usefulness of the knife.

Warren,
Thanks, You have some experience with sub hilts that I do not. While I would like to have one, it just maybe best to get with the "gang" at some point, and order one up.

Rocky,

In addition, a Sub-hilt would place additional mass and length to this knife. In my mind might be somewhat unbalanced.
As for experience lol. You can't say having 3 knives with sub-hilts counts as experience. I do think they work with fighting knives but some might have a different idea. Thank you for your reply.

You're right. 6" seems too small a blade for a Sub-Hilt.
I will switch my vote to Copper, no Sub-hilt.

Dave,

You've been in the game along time and I value your opinion; thank you.
