Question: I assume we are limited to five chargeable options for the knife on this build? If so, then things like the Model 28, the Combat Companion, and the Mini-27 (which is probably out due to limited utility) would not offer opportunities to put together something unique and interesting. Captain Chris Stanaback Knife Enthusiast Registered: 09/14/05 Posts: 12865 Loc: Central Florida	Larry, I am speaking of a "Combat Companion" not a "CC/FT". A "standard Combat Companion comes carbon steel with a leather handle. You can "build" just as much as with the Model #1. The "full ("exposed tang") version, like the #28 is quite limited. It is "also" 3/16" stock, verses the standard which is 1/4". Hope this helps, Capt. Chris PS: Yep: More rest...for sure!
