I believe the #6 grind automatically puts us in the 5 inch blade category. .. I could be wrong though.

Here are just "2" of my Model #7's with the #6 grind. I am posting this photo "only" because these are both 4 1/2" blades. Yes Crew: "EITHER" blade length is available with the #6 grind.

Here's a 4 1/2" steak knife that I use to compliment my carving set. Really handy when disassembling a turkey.
