Warren we have "your" eagles breeding here in Ontario. This one was hatched and raised in captivity at a sanctuary.
We/Ontario were down to near zero breeding pairs in the 1980's. From what I was told, since we have not been allowed to shoot lead shot at waterfowl, the bald eagle has been making a good come back here.

They're making a good comeback here too Rod. Bald Eagles are spotted often around here. Early Spring this year I was driving up through the Finger Lakes to Geneva, NY and spotted what I first though was a Turkey standing in a bare cornfield. Gave it second look and yeah it was an Eagle and he was huge.
We have a growing population here in Tennessee as well - several protected nesting sites on Kentucky and Barkley Lakes. Not uncommon to see them snatching fish or snakes out of the water during early morning fishing trips. Pretty sight.
Went to the Tigers game yesterday. 1 PM Grandparents day at the Park. Took my Grandson and 2 Sons. Got to see Aaron Judge up close, he is a biggin. Tigers won the game and the fight. I told my Grandson....Tiger's games aren't always this much fun.

I once went to a fight and a hockey game broke out.

Pap, It was more of a fun day until the bottom of the 6th when the first of 3 bench clearing discussions happened. Changed the mood. Hockey Town is next door to Tiger Stadium.
