FCH because it is one of my favorites and would look good on this build

I prefer FORWARD CURVED--here's why: the Model #1 double hilt seems a bit wimpy on the 12/14.

Steve,
I feel ya on the FCH vs. the model 1.
I would love to have the FCH not be a chargeable option on the model 1.
I never owned this knife or saw it in the flesh or I would probably own it.
FCH on model 1. FCH = Fully Curved Honey in my book, just looks more Mature to me.

David,
What would you know about being mature? Also: The #12-9 I posted has 6 options...go figure? I just wanted Warren to see that a #18 NS hilt "is" doable.
Best, Capt. Chris

Okay, I am confused.
The #18 Nickel Silver Hilt is available on the Model 12-9 14 Grind, but it is not available on the Model 18?
That's why these builds are such an education.

I am guessing about nickel silver on the 18, there may be a problem with soldering it to the tube where the brass there is no problem with the process.

I hope Scott might see this and clear up this fake news smile

That's the secret Peter. Special solder is used on anything requiring securing to stainless.
Chief: Yes: 2 options on the hilt.
