Love those pictures. I lived in Connecticut for a couple of years and appreciate all that East coast attractions have to offer. Thanks for the post.

You bet Pap. During WWII the Army had gunnery bunkers in the hills in search of enemy German U Boats. I recall visiting some of these back in 1975 with some friends on a day trip to Montauk. On the way back home we stopped in Easthampton and saw JAWS which was just released at the theater.
Side story about JAWS. Famous charter boat Capt in Montauk named Frank Mundus made a name for himself and a career out of hunting big sharks. He was proclaimed as being the character Quint in the movie. There's lots of stuff on the net about Capt Frank.
Mundus has some really big Great Whites to his credit.

Here ya go please keep playing the lottery. I spoke with some parties associated with this 130 footer. Just reduced $1m to $9.9M. Told me it was the smaller of two for sale.
Pictured is a good friend of ours who's never been here before. She's awestruck.

Warren,

Do not miss the opportunity to do dinner or lunch at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, one of my favorites. Enjoy the rest of the trip!

Tom,

Funny you say that, us too. We had a light lunch there yesterday. The oysters were awesome.

I'm still in shock. Went to a Friday night car show locally here in Hampton Bays LI.
Saw a beautiful Jag 120 easily the queen of the show. Talking to the owner and he looks familiar. Turns out he was my High School History teacher. Loved this guy back in the day. Laid back, soft spoken, cool.

I like the 120, but love the 140. When in high school in Connecticut, a friend's dad had one, and my friend would get to drive it once in a while. He would come pick me up and we would drive some of those killer winding roads in upstate Connecticut. A blast.
