Big handle=Big knife. While I love hatchets this hunk may be too large for a good look.

OKAY SQUADRON-

James was in Canada with his wife and daughter this last week so he's been less than aware of these goings on. I caught him up to speed this morning and thought it would be a nice change up to skip my own ideas and put the ivory in James' hand. Right away he was thinking it would be ideal for a camp knife exactly the way it is.

As you have all seen in this post so far, a camp knife can come in many shapes- but the size of this one is going to be right in the 9" range to make a nice paring with the walrus.

Do Chief's examples feel like a good starting point for voting?

Yes Quatches would be an interesting build, I think a camp knife would garner more interest. Take it from kitchen to camp, very handy.
