I will go with what Billy said SS, NS1, Ivorite , Plus Red and Aluminum spacers. If we go over budget just use a carbon blade.

Model 22 handle!

Or

Border Patrol handle.

Green Micarta. Or Walnut.

Any one of these combinations would look good, I think...
A lot of Denmark Specials I see with straight handles ... Nice
but the 22 Handle or Border Patrol is a little more visually interesting,
and possibly a good feel in the hand.
