Rifle hunt 300 yard 11-Pointer and then two does with .300 WSM 190 gr Accubond-all the Venison you would want to eat.

Nice job Tom. We had a quiet few days. Not many shots around us this year. Farmers had plenty of standing corn locally. Deer were not moving.
We had about 10" of snow Thursday night. Did not see many fresh tracks over the next 5 days.
With all the dairy farms nearby, I think many deer are thinned out all year with nuisance permits.

We had alot of Doe's all day long; the bucks only come out in big numbers after official sunset (we could see for half an hour after the official time). NYS still stands by Official Sunrise to Sunset.

Tom, mix the burger 50/50 with ground beef Chuck and 20% beef fat. Virtually no gamey flavor. The best.
