Eric & Coach, Always good to take our furry friends on trips.
Luvvy went with us on 14 camping trips to Canada,four time across the US and Canada. Was the center of attention at Mt.Rushmore,folks would take a quick phot of the mountain then focus their attention on Luvvy sitting on a bench.
Was listed as a hero dog,saved my life twice,my wife's three times.
I have said this many times before,I have never met a dumb dog,now as for humans...………

Actually I misread the odometer it was 642 miles.

I just saw a post on the USN website (suspets) that a blue algae is in some lakes and can kill a dog that has been swimming in a body of water that has it. Death is within hours. They say that the algae is sometime not visible.
Eric, People that did not like dogs,just loved Luvvy….hence the name.
She was my constant companion in field & stream,not a trained hunting dog by any means but I would just watch her body language and she would spot game long before I could.
