True to form. Weather folks last evening said snow showers,less than one inch accumulation. Woke up to 3-5 inches of aggw this morning. So in a bit I will be out relocating the stuff.....again.

When I worked on the Alaska Pipeline Project in 74-75, you worked 9 weeks on, 7 days a week, 14 hour days, before you qualified for 2 weeks off. If you left before your 9 weeks, you were ineligible for rehire. In 1972 and 73, I raced Arctic Cat modified snowmobiles across the western states. On my 2 weeks off in Fairbanks, I saw where North Pole had a big snowmobile race and went there, would have been February 1975. I found a young man that had the same Arctic Cat 340 modified snowmobile that I had, and gave him some hints to his engine that made him an advantage, and he won. It was a really fun day for me, and fond memories of North Pole, Alaska.
