Brent, I believe that you are correct, that sawteeth are not available on a CDT knife.

I'd love to see 'teeth on this knife, but I seem to recall Capt. Chris advising earlier in this build that sawteeth were not available on a CDT knife.

I checked the RMK catalog (thanks Tune for posting the catalogs on your site) and the RMK website for confirmation.

The 36th printing RMK catalog (2012; 75th Anniversary) states, in the "Handles and Features" section, under "Cut Down Tang (CDT)" that: "Sawteeth not available with CDT."

I don't have the current catalog (37th printing; 2017; 80th Anniversary) available with me to check if that policy remains effective.

The RMK website, under "Extra Features, Handle Materials, Cut Down Tang (CDT)", again states "Sawteeth not available with CDT."

Has this policy changed? Are ST now available with CDT Model 14s and 15s?

My apologies Crew:
Both Scott & I got this wrong...at first correspondence. No sawteeth on CDT #14's or #15's. Model #1's and #5 are a different story but, for this build (& this particular model) NO SAWTEETH!!
Oh....& another thing. We have one more option saved as thumb notches are standard on a #15, CDT when using a single hilt!
Now: The record is straight.
