OK CREW:
We're building a Raymond Thorp Bowie for our "parks build". Raymond Thorp was the author of Jim Bowie's autobiography and, according to Thorp, this Bowie design was the closest in overall specifications to the original "BOWIE KNIFE", a term well since over-used!
At 13 inches in blade length the Raymond Thorp Bowie is the longest blade available from the Randall shop. 1/4 inch blade stock, forged out of O1 tool steel, the blade has the traditional Bowie clip point and is sharp on top. A brass lugged or brass forward curved double hilt are both offered at no additional cost and that cost is: $705.00.
The $705.00 price tag includes:
* Red, white & blue spacers
* Leather handle
* Commando shaped handle
* Duralumin butt cap
* Model A sheath, in tan leather
....OK: Now that we know a tad about this big boy, how would like it configured, above and beyond it's standard features? Let's hear from you.
Best, Capt. Chris

This has got to be one of the best builds yet!!! AND...it's already paid for!!!
Even I can into this!!
options being somewhat limited, this should go fairly fast!!

FCH for me!!
So, scalloped brass collar, concave handle, scalloped brass butt cap....BUT I don't want to get ahead of myself!!
Handle material....oh boy, is that going to be something....
