Captain
Would a 12 be out of line? I am sure you get more than enough requests to fill you quota sheet but was interested.

Nothing is out of line if we think it is appropriate. I know it would be "most" appropriate at The Alamo! That is a national park...is it not?
Best, Capt. Chris
PS: I think the original "intent" of this park build (You'd have to ask Pappy) was to build a knife, paying homage to the parks, but also for practical "usage" at the parks, which would lean more towards the "Little Bear"..."BUT"...(Aaahhhh)....whatever ya'll decide. Everyone please: Feel free to argue your merits (civilly, of course)...CCS

There are 58 National Parks in the US. This is going to be a tuff choice. I'm looking forward to the debate. Lets chose the Park first and then a knife that best suits that park. IMHO

Saguaro National Park would get my vote, East side of Tucson,AZ I hunted the Rincons when a teen. #SS 4" would make short work of a Jack Rabbit. When at Ft. Meade Joint Service, a fellow SGT. had a few acres on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River by Front Royal. I spent 5 summers camping and wading the river and hooking small mouth Bass that fought like Red Squirrels. My wife still talks about bathing in the river in the deep pools. #SS 4 5/8" would have made short work of those Bass. Now if I was at Yellowstone where it is illegal to fire a weapon, I would want a Bear Bowie.

And alot of our National Parks have bears Eric. All the reason why a Bear Bowie fits the theme of the build.

Yes sir Eric that would work. And James you are probably correct. A LBB bowie is more practical. Either way is a WIN!
