How ‘bout some Ribeyes, Chicken Breasts, & ITA Sausage on Saturday night.

The first decent evening (under 100 degrees) in a while!

Man I am feeling even so much better now abought the 1/2 of a 1200 lb VA local grown black angus I bought yesterday. For delivery/pick-up around September 21st.
Those rib-eyes are looking so good!

They all look great Coach. While I am definitely a ribeye fan, I do get a lust for a good bratwurst with all the fixings. For chicken, I'm a dark meat guy, and especially the back. Making some beef ribs tonight.

Pappy:

I'm a dark meat fan myself!

But I can fix these breasts so that they are super moist and tender.
