We use olive oil Pam for everything. If it can't be sauteed with OOP we don't cook it. Deep frying left our kitchen a decade ago. Sorry guys, trying to make to 80.

I forgot to take a picture of the Baked Potatos with the Crab Cake stuffed in ‘em.
That Crab Cake had Lump Crab, Cream Cheese, Smoked Cheddar Cheese, and lots of Cajun Spices in it.
