coach....not very far off from a gumbo for sure...I had to put a bit more sugar in it....a bit too acid....much mo betta now!!

I put an Italian sausage in the pot for the first meal....then, over some rice....the remainder is in the refrigerator "melding"...second dinner is unknown at this point.
