They are great cast iron. Try a seasoned pork shoulder, with 2 cups of wine, and slow cook at 250 for 6 hours. Black eyed peas first thing New Years Day morning in Gainesville, and then on the road for the last leg to Marathon. Traffic was stop and go from Florida City to Marathon, but got to my vacation rental.
