It was great!!!
The best part was listening to my 3 year old granddaughter say: “Coach, can I have another she-imp?”
I must have peeled a half dozen for her.
She didn’t care much for my cocktail sauce. She said it hurt her nose. I reckon I went a little heavy on the horseradish for her.

Coach.....you're probably out of time to get fresh collards....Texas could be different....they are much better when fresh....i like um fresh....AND I will freeze um....I can't tell the difference in the frozens...my daughter in-law says she can, however I think it's just a way to get a jab in me...

Our local grocery store has them and turnip greens.
In a pinch, Glory has them in a can and they ain't bad.
