One of the rules of a build, is one must participate in the build options voting to be eligible to submit numbers for the lottery. In this one, by paying for numbers, the winner gets the prize for free. Most of the other builds cost nothing for the numbers but the winner must pay catalog price. There will be other builds in the future. Captain Chris will confirm or deny. Meeting these standards is no big deal, and although it's probably too late to participate in this one, you can contact Captain Stanaback (see his banner ad at the top of the forum pages for contact info) and you can jump in on the next one.
