B) 7 inch

I found one of those 10-5 Fishing Set treasures a few years ago and it has lived in the safe since.
Last April, Mitchell had an Orange G-10 handled 10-5 at Tulsa and I bought that as soon as I saw it.
Now, the debate is, "Do I change the original combination to include the Orange G-10 or leave it original?"
Decisions, decisions.
Since Orange G-10 is out for this build, I vote for 10-7" with aluminum handle or the Brown Micarta that Peter Kaufman offered.
The 10-7 would be great for the next trip to the Florida Keys to whack up some bait. Then we can cut up Pappy's Cake.

I am a big fan of the model 10 so either a 5" or 7" is fine by me. It's the handle material choice that is going to be the driver for me. I would really like something other than shop standard material. I already have some of those.

While I have no interest in a 10 at this point...I do have some AGM that I would also, be more than happy to donate to the cause...BTW...It was my understanding that the shop was not doing much in the way of CW on 10's....maybe I was just dreaming it...

I understand about the orange G-10. But I am still green with envy from the build that was pictured above!

I think the 5-inch preferences are winning on this one...maybe some other 7-inchers will chime in?

I think the 7-inch would be a bit more suitable for the salt water fishing.
