Many Americans are aware of the love Nederlanders have for us, and it does not go unappreciated. Congrats on a great Randall!

A lot of people here love the United States. Thanks to you we are speaking Dutch and not German! I also love the fact that you have such great gun laws, which is a sign of a truly free society in my opinion. I am a memeber of the NRA, it is nice that even non Americans are accepted.
Here you can own guns, but you can only shoot them at the range. You have to go to a LOT of effort and regulation to get your permit. Guns need to be placed in a gunvault at home, with the ammunition separated. Every year you must prove that you went to the range a minimum of 18 times. You can own a maximum of 5 guns per person.

I have been to America and visited Miami and Orlando. In the future I will go a lot more. it is my favorite country to visit.
Fortunately plane tickets are cheaper then they used to be so it is more affordable to go. When I visited Orlando in february 2015 I've never heard of Randall Knives (I am ashamed of myself, LOL)
Then Hickok 45 made this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFYSvtMtBpk and I was in love with the knife. So I have been in Orlando and not visited the shop, that sucks!

I did not knew that dealers sold Randall knives and ordered exactly this "Hickok 45" Smithsonian from the Randall shop. It is scheduled to be delivered in march 2022, haha. I have ordered one more Smithsonian, with Amboyna Burl and Silver hardware from Captain Chris Stanaback. It should be ready in March/April. The Smithsonian will have exactly the same stuff on it, as this beatiful 12-9 (14 grind). http://www.captainchrisstanabackrandallknives.com/index.php?/main/catalog/982 After that I am broke and need to save money for the next one laugh

Welcome Sphinx. I've never been to the Netherlands but my wife and I are scheduled to spend a few days there next summer. Looking forward to it.

I think you will like it. In the summer we have mostly nice weather with sometimes a little bit of rain. We have a flat country and lots of canals. We also have lots of beautiful old buildings and windmils.

Tourists also like to visit "De Keukenhof" where all kinds of Tulips grow. I never been there, haha. We are below sealevel and made a part of my land of a piece of the ocean. There is a saying that God created the world and we The Netherlands. People like my grandfather used to walk on wooden shoes and some people stil do, (maybey 1% of the people). We are also famous for cheese making.

Prostitution is legal and so is weed wich atracts a lot of young people. When you visit the redlight district located almost in the center of Amsterdam, you think you are in a madhouse Lots of drunk and crazy people alongside with normal folks doing there shopping. I live in the north where things are much more calm. Not so many people and more space. If you want some tips for your holiday you can always PM me.

@ RamKingJC thanks for the advice!

Thanks Sphinx. I will probably hit you up for some tips as we get closer to travel time. Wife has already made it very clear that we will NOT go to the redlight district. I guess she just knows me too well. ;-)
