I've seen your 12-8's and yours are great knives. This model is truly classic and I've always been very fond of the blade shape. Like yours, mine is very much a keeper. Thanks again.

One of my favorite purchases from this year's Blade Show is this 12-8 Bear Bowie. This was just one of those lucky finds at the right time. The handle is Ivory Fossil, N/S hilt, aluminum butt cap both engraved by Skaggs. The roughback sheath dates this knife somewhere in the 80's. This one will be with me for a very long time.
