Blessed with bounty from my garden along with a grilled slab of yellowfin tuna caught Friday afternoon about 20 miles NE off Oregon Inlet, NC. In the mountains of SW VA it don’t get no fresher than that. Added to sweet corn, yellow squash, Early Girl tomato slices topped with basil & mozzarella all from my garden with fresh from the orchards peach pie, made by my wonderful wife, AND along side about 3-4 fingers of Wild Turkey 101……
made for a wonderful screen porch sitting evening.
