I wish I could!

I would also have liked to come up there last weekend for the Camillus Knife Collectors convention in Camillus.

We were up there last year about this time. Too many “irons in the fire” this Summer.

Now, if you can get Gary (escapement from the other thread) to bring his knife like yours, I might just show up and supply the 3 quarters.

Ha! Didn't get my invite, but the pics in this thread are making my mouth water.

I don't have a proper smoker, but I like my ribs too... "low and long" in the grill.
